We are so excited and feel so blessed as we begin our third year of therapeutic horseback riding instruction. We share our combined 30 years of horse love & care with over 50 families of children with special needs and countless volunteers. The Meadows not only offers the benefits of therapeutic riding but also offers a SAFEenvironment for the entire family to celebrate daily “strides for success” with every rider and to discover the peace & comfort of our “nature wonderland”!

One of our most challenging goals has been to keep our riders & horses safe from the elements of weather so we have begun our building campaign for a new indoor riding arena. When we have to cancel classes because of rain, cold days, or even the heat of the summer, it is heartbreaking to see the sadness & tears of our riders, both young & old, as they hear that “we can’t ride today”. Our goal this year is to build an indoor riding arena that will provide a safer and more comfortable environment.

We invite the entire community to join our cause. Whether you become a member of our “Top of the Arena Club”, sponsor a horse, sponsor a rider, donate a horse, give -in-kind, or volunteer your time, our prayer is that you are BLESSED immensely by your care & support of our SPECIALriders here in The Meadows.
